The learned counsel for Applicant submits that two vehicles are involved in this case and the Applicant is ready to deposit within six weeks the compensation as per his liability determined by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Beed.

In view of this, the execution, operation and effect of the judgment and award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Beed in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.107 of 2013, is hereby stayed on condition that the Applicant shall deposit the entire amount of his liability as determined by the Tribunal under the award within six weeks from the date of this order, failing which this order granting stay
