Respondent has deposited the amount in pursuance to the directions issued by this Court.

Considering the contentions raised by applicants, applicants shall be permitted to withdraw 25% of the amount out of the amount deposited by the acquiring body on furnishing undertaking to the Court to the effect that in the event of success of appeal, they shall deposit the amount within a period of eight weeks from such decision. Further 25% amount out of the amount deposited by acquiring body shall be permitted to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent security for the like amount. Further 25% amount out of the amount deposited by the acquiring body shall be permitted to be withdrawn by applicants on furnishing bank guarantee for the like amount. Balance 25% amount out of the amount deposited by the acquiring body shall be invested in Nationalised Bank initially for a period of three years

{3} and the Fixed Deposit Receipt shall be renewed thereafter for further period of until disposal of appeals.

With the directions as above, all civil applications stand disposed of.
