The applicant claimed that she is not arraigned as party in the writ petition, though the petitioner was knowing well that her right will be affected. The applicant submits that the management fabricated and manipulated seniority list as against the correct list is produced.

The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that suppressing the material fact, the impugned order had been secured. She has direct effect of the judgment and order of this writ petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to file reply to the application. However, prima facie we are satisfied that the applicant is necessary party to the writ petition. Hence, we allow this civil application by directing the petitioner to add the applicant as party/respondent and provide her entire copies of the writ petition and documents submitted with it, within three weeks from today.
