The applicant/wife prays for restoration of Miscellaneous Civil Application No. 223/2018, which has been dismissed on account of failure to remove all office objections.

Since, the Civil Application does not suffer from delay, the same is allowed on the following conditions :

(a) An amount of Rs. 500/- shall be with the Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad, through Medical Officer, High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad, either in cash or by Demand Draft (Demand Draft be drawn in the name of "Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad - Denagi Samiti") and shall report compliance of this direction by producing a receipt of having deposited the amount, before the

11CA15115.18 Registrar (Judicial) of this Court on or before on/or before 25th January, 2019.

(b) All office objections in the Miscellaneous Civil Application shall be removed on/or before the same date. (c) After compliance of the above stated directions, the Miscellaneous Civil Application shall be restored and shall be listed for urgent admissions on 30th January, 2019. (d) If the first two directions are not complied with, this order shall stand recalled, this Civil Application shall stand rejected and the Miscellaneous Civil Application shall stand dismissed.
