Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in light of the order passed by the Apex Court in Civil Appeal No. 6170 of 2018 arising out of SLP (C) No. 16450 of 2018 dated July 9, 2018, the Special Bench is to be constituted at the Principal Seat at Bombay for dealing with such matters. The learned counsel requests for transfer of the matter to the Principal Seat.
