The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the Appellate Authority as per Rule 17 of the Maharashtra Civil Services (Discipline and Appeal), Rules 1979.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. 3.

The petitioner is also granted liberty to file application for condonation of delay under Rule 19 of the said Rules, before the concerned Appellate Authority, which shall be considered in accordance with law.
