By these applications, the acquiring body has prayed for condoning the delay of 1138 days caused in filing first appeals.

Though the applications have been strongly opposed by the respondent / respondents on the ground that the delay of each and every day has not been explained properly, taking into consideration the contents of paras no.04 to 06, delay deserves to be condoned.
