Heard. The petitioner is seeking directions to the respondent Caste Scrutiny Committee that the caste claim of the petitioner, which is pending since 30/1/2025, be decided expeditiously. The petitioner is desirous of seeking appointment. However, only because the petitioner is not able to submit the caste validity certificate, the said appointment has been withheld.

Considering the above, we direct the respondent Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within a period of two months from today. With these directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
