Mr. Panpatte, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, proposal seeking permanent approval of the petitioner is submitted, so also salary bills are submitted to the Education Officer, however, the Education Officer has not taken any decision upon it.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

In case, the proposal (Exhibit - F) submitted by the institution seeking permanent approval to the appointment of the petitioner and the salary bills are pending with the

Beed, the Education Officer shall take decision on the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today.
