Mr. Panpatte, learned counsel submits that comprehensive representations are submitted from time to time and last representation is submitted on 17.2.2014, however, no decision has been taken on it as yet.

Learned AGP submits that in case said representation is pending, then the Education Officer will decide it, in accordance with law.

In the light of above, we pass following order.

wp15131 In case representation is filed by the petitioner and it is pending with the Education Officer (Exh. E), then the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within four months from today.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
