The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed application for correction of the spelling of the tribe "Mannervarlu". The online application is also made on 18.11.2019. The said application is pending with respondent No. 2. 2.

In case, application is filed by the petitioner for issuance of correct tribe certificate with respondent No. 2, then respondent No. 2 shall issue the correct tribe certificate after verifying about the issuance of the earlier certificate. The petitioner shall submit the original tribe certificate with the incorrect spelling with the respondent No. 2. Upon receipt of the same, respondent No. 2 shall issue the correct tribe certificate within a period of three (03) weeks from today. 3.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
