Notice in the prescribed format was issued to the contemnor. He has filed an affidavit in response to the same contending that the decision was communicated to the petitioner by ordinary post and entry of the said decision and forwarding of the said decision to the petitioner, is taken in the outward register at O.W. No.10/450/2024/6144 on 14/10/2024 and the said decision was handed over to one Rathod, Clerk for forwarding it to the petitioner. In that view of the matter, statement was made in the earlier affidavit that the decision was communicated to the petitioner on 14/10/2024 itself. Copy of the decision alongwith covering letter is forwarded to the petitioner through RPAD on 30/01/2025. It is

2 929 cp 5-25 further stated that inadvertently the deponent has not mentioned the fact about sending of communication dated 30/01/2025 in the earlier affidavit. He has also tendered unconditional apology to this court with a request to accept the same.

Two outward registers are produced. We have perused the registers. There appears substance in the contention of contemnor. 4.

In the light of above, we drop the contempt notice issued to the contemnor in format.

As per affidavit filed by the contemnor, the order is complied with. In view of the compliance of the order, contempt petition stands disposed of.
