The grievance of the petitioners is with regard to the amount of F.R.P. According to Mr. Hon, learned Senior Advocate though the Commissioner of Sugar had directed the Collector to take action as per Section 3 (9) of the Sugarcane (Control) Order 1966, Collector is not proceeding further.

The petitioners may approach the Collector pursuant to the order passed by the Commissioner dated 22.05.2019.

In case, there are no prohibitory orders in favour of the Karkhana, then there is no impediment for the Collector to proceed

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
