DATED : 18th DECEMBER, 2018 Order :- Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner will submit original certificate for verification before respondent No.1.

The grievance is that the petitioner has been issued the tribe certificate with incorrect spelling. The petitioner has applied for giving the corrected tribe certificate on 26-10-2018. 3.

The petitioner shall surrender the original tribe certificate with in correct spelling to the Sub-Divisional Officer. The Sub-Divisional Officer, after verifying the genuineness of the said certificate shall issue the corrected tribe certificate to the petitioner within two (2) weeks. 4.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. 5.
