We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties. 2.

According to the petitioner, the petitioner is not allowed to join his duties.

According to the respondent No. 4 - Institution, it is the petitioner, who has not reported for joining. 4.

Considering the contentions of either parties, we direct the petitioner to remain present with the respondent No. 4 i.e. late Seth B.M. Jain Primary School, Prem Nagar, Pimprala Road, Jalgaon on 29th March, 2019 at 11.00 a.m. The respondent No. 3 may depute any officer from his office at 11.00 a.m. in the said late Seth B.M.

With regard to the payment of salary, the petitioner may take appropriate steps.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
