Mr.K.U.More, the learned counsel for respondent No.3 states that as far as prayer clause (B) of the petition is concerned, the same is under consideration of respondent No.3 and he would take decision upon it within six weeks. The said statement is accepted. 3.

As far as prayer clause (C) of the petition is concerned, respondent No. 3 shall take decision on the representation (page 42 of the petition) on its own merits and in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within six weeks.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
