In the morning session learned advocate appearing for Mr. Barlinge was brought to notice that petition has been filed hastily within five days of submitting the proposal. We also expressed our opinion that a breathing time shall be given to the authorities to take the decision. However, he was seeking time to take the instructions from advocate Mr. Barlinge. Matter was kept back. 2.

When matter is called out in the afternoon session, he did not turn up.
