These applications have been filed for getting the delay of 1488 days condoned in filing first appeals. The State Government intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by the reference Court.

Though, on the last occasion, learned Advocate made submission that he has instructions to appear and time was granted to him to file Vakalatnama, yet it appears that he has not filed Vakalatnama, nor he is present today. Under such circumstance, for the reasons, those have been mentioned in the applications, delay stands condoned.
