By these applications, the acquiring body has prayed for condoning the delay of 1136 days caused in filing first appeals.

Though the applications have been strongly opposed by the respondent / respondents, on the ground that the delay of each and every day has not been explained properly, taking into consideration the contents of paras no.04 to 06, delay deserves to be condoned.
