ORDER :- .

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is appointed as a Librarian. The proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is forwarded by the Institution to the Education Officer on 16.01.2017. The same is not yet decided.

Learned A.G.P. submits that in case the said proposal is pending, the Authority would decide it on its own merits.

Considering the above, we pass the following order. "In case the proposal is submitted by the Head Master of the respondent-Institution (Exh-'B') and if the same is pending with the Education Officer, then the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously within six months from today".

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
