We are not inclined to entertain the other prayers except prayer clause-C in this petition. There is an innocuous prayer in as much as direction is sought to respondent No.1 to decide the appeal No.150/2015 [Vijaysingh Banu Walavi Vs Divisional Sub-Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Nashik Division, Nashik] within stipulated time.

In the circumstances we direct the appellate authority to decide the appeal in accordance with law after adhering to the principles of natural justice as expeditiously as possible, however within six months from today.

With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Needless to observe that, we have not expressed any opinion on merits of the contentions raised either in the petition or appeal.
