before the Lok Adalat. The respondents are present along with Advocate Mr. R.S. Shinde.

The learned Advocates for both the parties submit that the parties have amicably settled the lis and accordingly placed on record compromise terms. The compromise terms are taken on record and marked as Exhibit "X" for the purpose of identification.

As per the terms of compromise, the appellant Insurance Company will receive an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh only) without interest from the amount deposited in this Court and rest of the amount be released to the claimants with accrued interest, if any, without reference to the Court.

The Civil Application No.5946/2017 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Delay condoned. First Appeal be registered. The First Appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise.

Court fees be refunded as per rules. Award be drawn up accordingly.
