Present application has been filed for recall of order of bailable warrant issued against the applicant by this Court on 03.12.2024. 3.

Heard learned Advocate for the applicant. He undertakes that the applicant had informed him that he would appear in the matter on the date fixed. However, since he was busy with another Court, he could not remain present when the matter was called out. Under the said circumstances, the bailable warrant came to be issued against the applicant.

When the Advocate is taking it upon himself that it was his mistake not to appear though instructed, we feel that the case is made out for recall of order. The applicant is giving undertaking that she

In view of the said statement, the order of issuing bailable warrant against the applicant on 03.12.2024 in Contempt Petition No. 878 of 2024 in Writ Petition No. 5207 of 2021 is hereby recalled on condition that the applicant should remain present either personally or through Advocate on the given date.

The application stands disposed of.
