Letter of extension of one year time is received for the frst time from the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Dhule, District Dhule. We have carefully perused the communication. It appears that the trial court has not recorded the evidence of a single witness. The learned Judge has communicated that the informant is seeking frequent adjournment under the pretext that his matter is pending before this Court, however, we do not fnd any such matter pending before us and, even if it is aaa/-
cran 3950.odt pending before us, the trial court has to follow the directions for expeditious disposal of the case given by this Court, scrupulously.

We grant extension of six months and we hope and expect from the learned Judge of the trial court to show substantial progress in the case. At present, we have not directly expressed our disappointment in the manner in which the trial court is dealing with the case. However, at the end of six months, if the learned Judge of the trial court fails to show any progress, we will be constrained to make such observations about our disappointment.
