The learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to approach before the Sessions Court under Section 397 of the Criminal Procedure Code challenging the order dated 05.08.2021 passed by the learned JMFC, Sailu, District Parbhani in RCC No. 130 of 2020. 2.

Accordingly the Criminal Application No. 4204 of 2023 is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
