Heard learned counsel for petitioner. The factual position about petitioner having worked as "Gruhapal" (गृहपाल) for the period from 13-04-1999 to 12-05-1999 and from 14-05-1999 to 12-06-1999 and not beyond on contract basis, appears to be indisputable. It is not a case wherein it can be said that petitioner has continuously worked for 240 days in an year. Two courts hitherto have converged on this factual position. 2.

In the circumstances, decisions by labour court as well as industrial court do not appear to be in any way erroneous. 3.

Writ petition is therefore not entertained and is rejected.
