1.
Learned Advocates for the respective sides jointly submit that an identical group of matters in WP No.14194/2017 and others, (Gorakh Sambhaji Kamble and others Vs. Osmanabad Janta Co.operative Bank Limited) have been decided by order dated 29/06/2018. These 4 petitions were inadvertently not taken on board and were left out. It is, therefore, jointly submitted that these 4 petitions be disposed of on the same terms on which the other group was disposed of on 29/06/2018.

2.
Considering the above, these 4 petitions are disposed of on the same terms and conditions as are set out in paragraph Nos. 8 to 10 of the earlier order dated 29/06/2018 and these petitioners would stand on the same footings as like the petitioners in those matters.
