This matter was not on board. The learned Advocate for the Petitioners expressed grave urgency and hence it has been taken on the production board. 2.

I have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioners and the learned AGP on behalf of Respondent No.1.

The frst respondent Additional Divisional Commissioner has declined to grant status quo to the Petitioners vide order dated 14/10/2019. The main proceedings are pending fnal hearing. Issue is as

regards disqualifcation under the Maharashtra Village Panchayat Act.

The learned AGP submits that if all the litigating sides complete their fnal submissions on 19/12/2019 and 20/12/2019, the frst respondent, would deliver an order on 15/01/2020.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed of with the following directions :n (a) All the litigating parties before Respondent No.1 shall complete their oral submissions in between 19/12/2019 to 21/12/2019. Written submissions are permitted.

(b) Respondent No. 1 shall deliver an order in the said proceedings on 15/01/2020 at 3.00 p.m. and all the litigating parties shall be obliged to remain present for noting the pronouncement of the order.

(c) Copies of the said order shall be kept ready to be delivered to the parties on payment of requisite fees. (d) If any elections take place until 15/01/2020, the result of the election would be subject to the result of

the said proceedings and no equities would be created in favour of any newly elected candidate.
