By this application, the applicants are seeking permission to bring them on record of this appeal as representatives of deceased Baburao Shesherao Kadam.

Perusal of the record shows that Baburao, who was original claimant in LAR No.2157 of 2010 was expired on 5.3.1991. However, his L.Rs. were not brought on record. Fact remains that, claimant no.1 Bhagubai is also L.Rs. who was already on record and prosecuting the claim. Therefore, at present, she can conduct proceeding of appeal since no steps were taken before the Reference Court to bring on record L.Rs. of Bbaurao, present application cannot be entertained, particularly, after delay of 12251 days. Right of the applicant/proposed L.Rs. Would no way prejudiced even proceeding is continued by their mother Bhagubai. In the

ca 1116.25.odt result, application stands rejected. The applicants shall be at liberty to correct the title clause of the appeal memo accordingly.
