Civil application has been moved having regard to subsequent developments of conversion of municipal council into municipal corporation, since in the suit injunction had been granted against municipal council, some action after conversion into corporation is being mooted and trial court has not been entertaining application Exhibit-107 in view of stay to the suit. 2.

Having regard to aforesaid circumstances, though Mr. Bhandari, learned advocate for respondent No. 1 opposes, it would be expedient that application Exhibit-107 is heard by the

In view of aforesaid observations, civil application stands disposed of.
