His statement is accepted. Leave is granted.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

Needless to clarify that the learned Magistrate shall proceed with the matter as expeditiously as possible and dispose of the same within a period of six months from today. 5.

Needless to clarify that the above observations shall not come in the way of the petitioners while deciding the matter, as those are of a prima facie nature.
