Heard learned counsel for the applicants-original claimants. It has been submitted that notices were issued to respondent No. 1owner of the offending vehicle, but same were not served to him for want of correct forwarding address. Therefore, learned counsel requested to allow the applicants to serve the notice to respondent No. 1 through paper publication in the daily newspaper "Daink Lokmat" Parbhani Edition.

In view of the subject-matter as well as reasons mentioned in the application, there is no impediment to grant the applications. Accordingly, the civil applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". Registry to take the requisite steps for further process to facilitate
