ORDER :- When the matter is called out, no one else appeared on behalf of applicant Godavari Corporation. This court has already passed conditional order on 18.7.2019 to the efect that if the entire decretal amount is not deposited by the applicant-authority it shall be treated that there shall be no stay.

It appears from the record that the application Godavari Corporation did not pay any heed to the conditional order passed by this court dated 18.7.2019. Therefore, stay granted by this court stands vacated automatically. Now there is no stay in existence. In such circumstances, applications for stay stand dismissed. Registrar (Judicial) to inform to the concerned Reference/Executing Court to proceed further for execution of the decree in the proceeding, if any, fled on behalf of the claimants.
