The applicant is seeking setting aside of order dated 07.11.2019 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court whereby registration of her Miscellaneous Civil Application was refused for want of removal of ofce objections. The applicant has also prayed for condonation of delay of 14 days.

The respondent despite service remained absence. 4.

In view of the same, the application is allowed in terms Pooja K.
