Vide order dated 15.09.2025, this Court has directed the learned Advocate for the petitioner to tender the copy of the death certificate of the petitioner on record.

This matter was again listed on 06.10.2025 and the time to comply with the order dated 15.09.2025 was extended upto 03.11.2025. Today, when this matter was called out in the morning sessions, nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioner, therefore, this matter was kept in the afternoon sessions. 3.
