Request is made for extension of time to decide the proceeding of RCS No. 1000126 of 2009, pending before the Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Sillod. This Court had disposed off the writ petition by order dated 22.11.2019 directing the Trial Court to decide the suit within one year. Time is extended by this Court from time to time by orders dated 14.06.2023, 31.10.2023, 04.04.2024 and 14.10.2024. A request is again made for extension of one years time. 02.

For the reasons stated in the report, time is extended by six months by way of last chance. Henceforth, no request for extension of time will be considered by this Court.
