The validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending for vigilance. Learned G. P. on instructions submits that the proceeding would be decided within a period of three (03) months.

In the light of that, we pass the following order. The committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of three

(03) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the

2 941-WP14600-19.odt committee on 18.12.2019. The employer shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that his validation proceeding is pending. The employer may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the committee in the validation proceeding.
