Heard. Learned counsel appearing for petitioners, on instructions, submits that the petitioners will submit the original of tribe certificates before the Sub-Divisional Officer at Nanded. 3.

Petitioners undertake to tender 'on line' applications to the SubDivisional Officer for issuance of tribe certificates. On tendering of the applications as well as the presentation of the hard copies of the applications to the Sub-Divisional Officer along with tribe certificates already issued to the petitioners recording the entry of the tribe as 'Manerwarlu', the Sub-Divisional Officer shall, without embarking upon further enquiry into the matter, issue corrected tribe certificates recording name of the tribe as 'Mannervarlu' as expeditiously as possible and preferably within one month from the date of tender of the applications.
