Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has moved the application for restoration of possession of the land. The application is moved with the respondent No.5. The same is not decided .

The learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader accepts the notice and submits that in case the petition is pending, the authority would take decision thereon in accordance with law.

In the light of the above, the authority, where the application is filed by the petitioner if pending, shall decide it, on its own merits, in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned expeditiously, and preferably within a period of six months.
