By this petition, the petitioner prays for quashment of the FIR, being Crime No.94 of 2022, registered with MIDC CIDCO Police Station, Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 353 and 332 of Indian Penal Code and the consequential charge-sheet bearing No.191 of 2022, filed before learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, as well as the proceedings in R.C.C. No.2494 of 2022.

Heard Mr.Deshmukkh, learned senior counsel for the petitioner; learned APP for respondent no.1; and Mr.Talhar, learned DSGI for respondent no.2.

It is informed that the petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled the matter. The petitioner and respondent no.2 are appearing online.

We have perused the FIR and the affidavit sworn in by the petitioner. Same is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. It shows that the petitioner has tendered unconditional apology.

We have also inquired with respondent no.2 - informant, who is appearing online. She states that the matter has been settled between herself and the petitioner; and that she has no objection, if the FIR and the consequential proceedings are quashed. 7.

In view of the above, we allow this petition in terms of prayer clause (B) and (B-1).
