After this matter was argued for some time, learned counsel for applicant seeks leave to withdraw this Civil Revision Application with liberty to raise the issue of jurisdiction of the Civil Court and urge that preliminary issue be raised in that regard. Learned counsel for applicant points out that infact, the applicant has already filed written statement and has objected to the jurisdiction of the civil Court.

In the aforesaid circumstances, leave is granted with liberty as prayed for. Civil Revision Application is therefore disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

It is clarified that the observations made in the instant order,
