The learned counsel for the petitioner states that, the petitioner has filed representation with the respondents seeking payment of compensation of the petitioner's share as per the award. Though the representation is filed on 30.01.2017, no decision is taken on it as yet.

We have also heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 to 4.

In case, representation dated 31.01.2017 (Exhibit - B page No. 20) is pending with the respondent authorities, then the
