DATED : 6th JANUARY, 2017 PER COURT:- Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicant No.4 was minor when the appeal came to be disposed of with direction that she would be entitled for an amount invested in the fixed deposit in her name after she attains the age of majority. Learned counsel submits that applicant No.4 has not only attained the majority but she also got married and cheque may be issued for the amount kept in her name as mentioned in the prayer clause. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for the same. In view of above, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and disposed of.
