CORAM : S. V. GANGAPURWALA & MANGESH S. PATIL, JJ.
DATED : 04th JUNE, 2019.
PER COURT:- 1.
We have already recorded the statement of learned counsel for respondent no.4 that Municipal Corporation, Parbhani would take steps for retendering, as no bids have been received. 2.
As no further process is to be undertaken pursuant to the impugned tender notice dated 06.12.2018, the purpose of the writ petition does not survive.
(2) 96-wp-13952-2018 3.
In case, the respondent issues fresh tender, the petitioner would have a fresh cause of action to agitate.
4.
All contentions of respective parties are kept open.
5.
Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
