Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that Writ Petition is filed with the prayer to return Original Service Book of the Petitioner. 2.

Learned AGP appearing for the State informs this Court that the Respondent No.4 - Education Officer (Secondary) has transmitted the Original Service Book of the Petitioner to the Principal of the College where the Petitioner was working. He tenders across the bar copy of the said communication dated 17.01.2025. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification. 3.

Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner would collect the Original Service Book from the Principal, if not collected.

If the Petitioner approaches the Principal of the College, he shall do the needful in the light of the said communication dated 17.01.2025. 5.
