Heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner. The impugned order dated 03.10.2017 has been passed under Section 100 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 r/w Rule 85(5) of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Rules, 1961 pursuant to the order passed under Section 101 of the said Act. As the auction bidders were not available, the property is directed to be transferred to the Society, which had extended the loan facility. I find that under Section 154(1) and (2), a revision would be maintainable before the State Government or the Registrar, as the case may be, subject to the other provisions under Section 154 of the said Act. In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is, therefore,

In the event of delay, the time spent by the Petitioner in this Court from 04.12.2017 till the passing of this order, shall be a good ground for considering the condonation of delay, if any. kps (RAVINDRA V.
