These are the applications of the original claimant for the withdrawal of the amount deposited by the acquiring body in this Court. 2.

In Civil Application No.1468/2019 in First Appeal No.2492/2018 arising from the same acquisition, this Court has allowed the claimants therein to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation deposited in this Court by furnishing undertaking in usual terms. 3.

In view of above, the applicants claimants herein are allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court subject to filing undertaking with usual terms and conditions.
