The informants and the petitioners in both these petitions have compromised their matter. They are real brothers. Considering their
24 n 27 WP.1698.2023 ANR.odt common affidavit of compromise, these petitions deserve to be allowed.
In view of the above, both these writ petitions are allowed in terms of prayer clause (C) on the condition that the petitioners to deposit an amount of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) in each petition as costs, in the Registry of this Court within two weeks alongwith the details, such as, name of the depositor, his/her PAN number, mobile number and address. On deposit of the said amount, as aforesaid, the Registry is directed to transmit the said amount alongwith the aforesaid details of the depositor, to the NAAM Foundation, which is working for prevention of suicidal death of farmers in Maharashtra State, as early as possible.
