PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Committee has not accepted the application seeking validation of tribe claim of the petitioner on the ground that nomenclature of the tribe is wrongly mentioned in the tribe certificate.

The learned Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents and submits that the petitioner has to get tribe certificate with the correct name.

The petitioner shall file an application including online application with the Sub Divisional Officer, Nanded seeking tribe

2 946-WP14609-19.odt certificate in the correct name of the tribe Koli Mahadev - Scheduled Tribe. Along with the application, the petitioner shall also surrender the original tribe certificate issued to him with the wrong nomenclature. 4.

Upon receipt of the application and the original tribe certificate from the petitioner, the Sub Divisional Officer, Nanded shall issue the correct tribe certificate to the petitioner within eight weeks from the receipt of original tribe certificate from the petitioner. 5.

Writ petition stands dispose of. No costs.
