On instructions from appellant/Insurance Company learned counsel for applicant/appellant makes statement that amount shall be deposited in this Court within four weeks from the date of order.

In view of statement made, following order is passed.

ORDER

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' subject to deposit of amount within four weeks. Failure to deposit amount, the order granting stay stands recalled and cancelled.
